Athena offers now a phonoabsorbant material for exhaust silencers specifically developed to meet the highest needs for insonorization. This special fiberglass wool, designed for 2 and 4 stroke exhaust silencers with density of 2,6 g/cm3, can bear working temperatures up to 550°C and peak temperatures up to 800°C. Thanks to its physical features it resists back-drafts and prevents fiberglass stiffness caused by exhaust oils.
